"BEACH!" Aimée yelled as she came running onto the sand and almost tripped because it was such a huge difference from the road. Specially for this sunny day, Aimée chose to wear her favourite blue dress. She put her bag on the ground, kicked her shoes off and looked around. It seemed like Francis hadn't arrived here himself yet. Aimée could understand that; the plan to go to the beach excited her so much that she arrived here a bit too early. They used to see eachother so much because their parents were good friends, and those were pretty happy that their kids were kinds of the same age so they could play together. It was as if Francis was the brother she never had; he always acted so protective about her. But Aimée hadn't seen Francis at school yet, and both of them don't accompany their parents anymore when they visit eachother because they were now pretty grown up. At least Aimée enjoyed it when she was home alone and could do whatever she wanted to do. But she also missed the time she and Francis had spent together, so she was happy when she suddenly got a mail from him saying that they should see each other again.
It would be best to wait here, on the beach, until Francis arrived. But the sea kept waving at her to get closer. Just my feet. It won't hurt if I just stay in the shallow water. She carefully walked to the water, and let the waves tickle her feet. The girl giggled. It was so nice!
The bright light of the sun beat down upon his pale body as he exited from the shade. It surely was a beautiful day. The sky was a rich blue, a few splotches of cottony white dotting it. The birds flew 'round and 'round, chirping and squawking in delight, almost in time with the rhythmic crash of the distant waves. It really was beautiful. He lowered his sunglasses over his eyes, shielding them from the sun before making his way across the beach. His feet sunk lightly into the sand, engulfing his slippers entirely. Slightly, he cursed. Such a downside to sand, it just loved to eat everything up and get everywhere. Shaking his head he decided to give an exasperated smile instead, kicking off both of them and trekking his way across the sand barefoot.
With a quiet hum of favored childhood song he raised his hand, cupping his eyes he began to look for his tanned beauty of a sister. Well, honestly, they weren't blood siblings, but they were close enough to be siblings. Even if Francis felt as though he was more of a father to the girl. While he was young, Francis had remembered their parents introducing them, telling them to go play while they talked. Francis of course, hadn't minded this in a bit. He was a charmer, ever as a child and to be accompanied by such a cute girl was a delight. He smiled to himself, he had never gone though the 'girls are icky' phase. In fact, as a child he remembered having a little crush on her. Of course, it was all long gone, he couldn't look at his sister in such a way anymore. It was still a fond memory though.
Finally he spotted her. Already in the water. He grinned, what else could he expect of her. Quietly, he placed his objects down. Setting them along side what he was sure to be her beg. Then he tip toed over to her, being very careful not to make a sound. Then when he was close enough to her he attempted to place his hands over her eyes ."Guess who?" He laughed.
Notes: Aha, that's fine hun. Oh though, it's not your fault as there is no history here so you wouldn't know. Francis' parents are dead now. If her parents are meeting with someone related to him it's not his parents. Because I'm terrible to Francis, I like to hurt him. Music: Hear you me- Jimmy Eat World
One moment everything was still bright and sunny around her, and the other moment everything around her went dark. Aimée let out a small squeak. How could the sun just disappear like that!? That wasn't fair, Aimée wasn't prepared at all for this.. Then she heard someone laugh behind her. Who..? She knew that voice from somewhere. Then it struck her. Wasn't she supposed to meet somewhere here?
"Frère Francis!" she happily cried out. She felt stupid for being confused for a moment about who it could be. But it was alright, she was happy that Francis was here now. The girl turned around and wrapped her arms around Francis. Ah, he smelled nice.. It made her feel safe. She was glad to have someone here who knew her before she went to this school.
"I'm so happy you came to meet me here~!" Aimée smiled at Francis. Eh, he looked so mature now. How come he looks so much older than he actually is? Ah, it must be because of the beard.. Since when does he have that? Aimée reached out and touched the chin of Francis. "Stubbles! You forgot to shave, Francis!" she announced. She giggled. Francis wasn't usually someone who forgot to do something like that.
