Currently, Roderich was lost. He was not going to admit such a thing, but he was. Stuck between the chemistry lab and some closed rooms, he sighed to himself. This had been the fifth time these few days were he couldn't find his math class. Sure he got lost all the time, but he would most likely find a point in wich he could trace his steps or just plain ol' give up. But that wasn't like him at times, and seeing as this was the first week, he wasn't going to be missing all his classes.
He frowned, and looked around the wing he was in, finding the math just above his. He was sure he knew what class was his... He had found it before. It was looking grim for the poor man, and he made his way to a corner by some stairs, brushed the floor with his hand and daintily sat down. He was lost and tired, his phone had died and he couldn't find the homework from last night. Just great. The only positives to this, were that he could maybe hand his homework in the next day. He needed to think of an excuse for his teacher, getting lost wasn't good, was it?
Elek was about to leave the chemistry lab and onto his next class when he looked passed the wall and saw some guy just standing there, looking lost. He looked like a prim, spoiled person, the kind who would be really stuck-up and trying to be all aristocratic. Yet for some reason, Elek didn't seem annoyed at his appearance. Odd. Well, the guy looked German, maybe Austrian, perhaps that was why he wasn't immediately annoyed by the sight of him.
He crashes into the wall when he tried to get to the stranger. Stupid wall. It's made of brick so he just decides to knock it over. Eh, he could fix it later.
Elek smiles as if doing this was normal (and it was, for him at least. Besides, this is a superpower school,) "Hello there, you seem to be lost. Do you need any help?"
The rest of the wall which divided the chemistry lab and the hallway started to break down. Ugh, why do walls have to be so annoying? "Oh, sorry, let me fix this first." It shouldn't take so long and it doesn't, and the brick goes back in place easily, but with the occasional crack and peephole. Well, it would give those without X-ray vision something to look through when they're bored, right? There's no real harm unless the chemistry lab starts spewing toxins.
The literature teacher was absent. Again. And Mei had spent half of that free hour trying to find Roderich who wasn't answering his phone at all.
He'd left his homework on his bed and Mei, being the last to leave, had noticed that it was still there even though Roderich had already left. She thought she could do her roommate a favor by ringing him up and telling him he'd left it and that she'd just give it to him since his Math class was on the way to her History.
She sighed. He was nowhere to be found, not even on the floor where his class was, and he didn't really seem like the sort who'd skip--
Oh, the things people did. Couldn't they see that there was a door? Well, at least he'd fixed up the wall he'd gone through.
And, wait. Was that Roderich over there? The wall breaker was talking to him too. Mei briskly walked towards them. When she'd gotten near enough, she said, "Sorry to interrupt, but, er, Roderich, you've left your homework. I did call, but you weren't answering."
Roderich almost jumped five feet in the air when he heard the other break the wall and his eyes widened. his heart was pounding at the sight of the other, scared almost. but he remembered where he was.... what he could do, that made him feel better.
He gave an almost blank stare at the other, then opened his mouth to talk, but he noticed Mei. And blushed. "O-oh, Hallo..." he paused and dug for his phone in his bag and looked. "Ah, I apologize." he said, putting his phone in his pocket. "Danke, I had known.... Its my fault" He was now almost completely ignoring the other for the lovely Asian girl.
He did however glance back to the boy a few times.
Mei rummaged through her bag and pulled out Roderich's Math homework. She gave it to him and laughed, "It's absolutely fine. It's not like I had anything important today."
She peered at the other boy. He did seem right around Roderich's age -- maybe they were friends? It hadn't seemed very Roderich-like to cut class, but perhaps he'd do it to hang around with a friend. Who would've known that he'd have that side to him as well! Certainly not her.
What was next? Matthew smoking pot and Eduard, well, having time away from his gadgets? That was absolutely...
It was possible. Maybe. Now that she thought of it-- Well, no, she wasn't quite sure, but she'd probably ask them later. Just to be sure, of course.
She thought that she should just leave. If Roderich's friend had broken through a wall just to get to Roderich, they were probably going to have a serious conversation.
And that meant that she'd chosen a bad time to interrupt.
"I'll go now then," she said and looked at Roderich. "And as soon as you get back to the dorms, I hope you'll remember to recharge your phone."
"ah danke, again." he did the whole awkward bowing as asians did and put his homework in his bag, the held out his hand. "uh, n-nein, you dont have too... aha." he rubbed the back of his head and bit his lip, thinking of something to say. "I got lost again." he managed to say, and gave a wary smile. "he never really let anyone know =, it was highly embarrassing. Only some old friends and family knew.
